Return window
You may return unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
Exceptions
For health and hygiene reasons, the following items are not eligible for return once opened:
- Opened cosmetics and makeup
- Personal care items (including skincare with broken seals)
- Vitamins, supplements and consumables
How to return
Email support@kinzia.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will respond within one business day with return instructions.
Refund timeline
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned product.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping is covered by the customer unless the product is defective, damaged, or shipped in error — in which case Kinzia covers the full return cost.
