Terms & Conditions

Kinzia FZE is a company licensed by Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone (SPC Free Zone) in the United Arab Emirates. We operate an online-only marketplace for health, wellness, beauty, personal care, baby care, and related products. We do not operate physical retail stores.

Kinzia connects Customers with Vendors. For products marked "Sold by Kinzia," Kinzia is the Seller of Record. For products sold by third-party Vendors, the Vendor is the Seller of Record and is responsible for the product's quality, safety, description, and legal compliance. Kinzia facilitates the transaction, payment, and support experience, and applies the Customer protections described in these policies regardless of who the Seller of Record is.

• "Marketplace" / "Platform" — the websites, apps and services at kinzia.com.
• "Customer" / "you" — any person who accesses the Marketplace or places an Order.
• "Vendor" / "Seller" — a third party approved by Kinzia to list and sell Products.
• "Seller of Record" — the entity legally responsible for a given sale (Kinzia or a Vendor).
• "Product" / "Listing" — an item offered for sale on the Marketplace.
• "Order" — a confirmed request to purchase one or more Products.
• "Business Day" — Monday–Saturday, excluding UAE public holidays.

You may browse without an account, but you need one account to place most Orders. You agree to:

1. Provide accurate, current information and keep it up to date.
2. Keep your login details confidential and not share your account.
3. Be responsible for activity under your account.
4. Tell us promptly at cs@kinzia.com if you suspect unauthorised use.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your Emirate, to place an Order. Some Products have additional age or eligibility requirements. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law.

• Product information, including descriptions, images, ingredients and claims, is provided by the Seller of Record. We work to keep it accurate, but minor variations can occur; always read the actual product label before use.
• Prices are shown in AED or your country currency and, where applicable, include VAT. Delivery fees are shown before you confirm your Order.
• Availability can change quickly. Adding a Product to your cart does not reserve it.
• We try to price and describe products correctly. If a Product is listed with an obvious error (for example, a clear pricing mistake), we or the Vendor may cancel the affected Order and fully refund you; we will contact you if this happens.

When you place an Order, you make an offer to buy. The contract of sale is formed when we send you an Order confirmation and, for Vendor Products, is between you and the Vendor as Seller of Record, with Kinzia facilitating. We will send Order and delivery updates to your registered contact details. Please review the Shipping & Delivery Policy and the Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy, which form part of these Terms.

Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our payment service provider(s). We do not store full card numbers. See the Payment Policy for details, including any Cash on Delivery terms. You confirm you are authorised to use the payment method you choose.

We deliver within the UAE and GCC. Estimated delivery times, fees, and coverage are set out in the Shipping & Delivery Policy. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by factors outside our control (Force Majeure). Risk in the Products passes to you on delivery.

Your options to cancel, return, or obtain a refund — and the important exceptions for health, hygiene and personal-care Products — are set out in the Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy. Nothing in these Terms removes rights you have under UAE law.

Products offered on Kinzia — including supplements, wellness and personal-care products — are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Information on the Marketplace is for general reference only and is not medical advice. Always read the label and consult a qualified healthcare professional or pharmacist before use, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition, or take other medicines.

You agree to use the Marketplace lawfully and in line with the Acceptable Use Policy and Community Guidelines. You must not misuse the Marketplace, attempt to interfere with its security, submit false information, or use it to infringe others' rights.

If you submit reviews, questions, or other content, you must follow the Review Policy and Community Guidelines. You keep ownership of your content but grant Kinzia a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, and use it to operate and promote the Marketplace. You are responsible for the content you post.

The Marketplace, the Kinzia name and logo, and its design and content are owned by or licensed to Kinzia and protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our permission. Product brands and images belong to their respective owners. See the Intellectual Property Policy and Copyright Notice & Takedown page.

Discounts, coupons, promotions, and any loyalty program are subject to the Promotions & Coupons Policy and Loyalty Program Terms. We may add, change, or end promotions at any time, subject to your existing rights.

Kinzia provides the Marketplace "as is" and works hard to keep it reliable, but we do not guarantee it will always be available or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

1. Kinzia is not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
2. For Vendor Products, the Vendor as Seller of Record is responsible for the Product.
3. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UAE law, including your mandatory rights under the Consumer Protection Law (Federal Law No. 15 of 2020).

Nothing in this policy limits or removes any right you have under the UAE Consumer Protection Law or any other applicable UAE law. Where this policy offers you more than the law requires, the more generous term applies.

We handle your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy and Data Protection Policy, consistent with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL, Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021).

We may suspend or close your account, or remove content, if you breach these Terms or the law, or to protect Customers, Vendors, or the Marketplace. You may close your account at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive (for example, payment obligations, liability, and dispute resolution) will continue to apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, provide reasonable notice. The version in force at the time of your Order applies to that Order.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Sharjah. Subject to the Dispute Resolution page, the competent UAE courts have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights.
